Sometimes you need to step outside, get some fresh air and remind yourself of who you are and who
you want to be.

Your past does not define who you are.

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent

A friend is one who walks in when others walk out

You cannot depend on others for your sense of self-worth. It must come from within YOU!
